Product Description
Airport fences, also known as "Y-post fences," are constructed from V-shaped support posts reinforced with welded mesh, secure anti-theft connectors, and hot-dip galvanized razor wire, offering high strength and security. They are widely used in high-security locations such as airports and military bases. Airport fences undergo rust-proofing treatments, including galvanizing followed by electrostatic spraying with high-quality polyester powder or hot-dip galvanizing. Adding razor wire or barbed wire to the top further enhances security.
Features
Surface treatments include electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic spraying, and plastic dipping, offering excellent corrosion resistance, ageing, sun exposure, and weather resistance. These products are aesthetically pleasing and come in a variety of colors, serving both fencing and aesthetic purposes. Due to their high security and anti-climbing capabilities, the mesh panels are connected using specialized SBS fasteners to effectively prevent destructive disassembly. Four transverse bent reinforcement ribs significantly increase mesh strength.
Specifications
Welding is performed using 5.0mm high-strength, low-carbon steel wire. Mesh size: 50mm x 100mm, 50mm x 200mm. Columns are 60x60mm rectangular steel with a V-shaped bracket welded to the top. Alternatively, 70mm x 100mm hanging connection columns can be used. Various specifications can be customized upon request.
