Features
1. 4-Point Sharp Spikes
This barbed wire features a double-stranded design made from thick, hot-dip galvanized steel. Each 4-point barb is positioned every 10 cm, with spikes measuring approximately 4 cm long. The wire is highly resistant to rust and built for durability, offering stable performance and a lifespan of more than 20 years.
2. Hot-dip galvanized barbed wire
Manufactured using premium hot-dip galvanized wire, this product delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term strength. Its excellent tensile properties and break resistance make it a reliable choice for perimeter protection and security fencing applications.
3. DIY Customization
Flexible, lightweight, and easy to shape, this barbed wire roll is suitable for both practical and creative purposes. It’s often used in home or outdoor DIY projects such as crafts, art installations, frames, jewelry, furniture accents, wreaths, and lighting decorations. Available in 100 m, 150 m, and 200 m coils.
Application
The barbed wire fence can be widely used on farms, in gardens, and around courtyards as a private property boundary or to protect plants and trees. It can also be used to repair existing fences. Thanks to its strong deterrent effect, the barbed wire fence effectively prevents unwanted intruders and animals from entering the protected area.
Installation on Barbed Wire
Step 1:
Wear appropriate protective gear, including safety goggles, rubber gloves, boots, and durable clothing to prevent injuries. It’s recommended to work with a partner to make the installation process safer and easier.
Step 2:
Set the fence posts approximately 2 meters apart. Ensure that about one-third of each post’s height is buried below ground level. Secure the posts firmly with concrete before attaching the wire.
Step 3:
Mark the position of each wire on the posts. It’s helpful to mark the middle posts at the same height as the starting and corner posts to ensure a consistent line during installation.
Step 4:
Begin from the bottom. Attach the first strand of barbed wire at the desired height on the starting post. Wrap the wire around the post, twist it back, and coil it around itself 4–5 times to keep it tight. Carefully unroll the wire toward the next corner or end post while maintaining even tension.
Step 5:
Use iron wire or specialized fasteners to securely attach the barbed wire to the posts. Adjust the wire to make sure it is straight and tight. Finally, check all connection points to ensure they are firm and secure with no loose ends.
