Product Description
Welded gabions are made from high-quality low-carbon steel wire, welded to strict standards using automated machinery. Surface treatments include electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, plastic dipping, and galvanizing. Gabions are manufactured using warp and weft wire welding. The welded front and rear panels, floor panels, and partitions are assembled using spiral binding wires and then packaged with the mesh cover. Each bound gabion is a separate unit. It consists of a mesh surface and spring ribs (or clips). The warp and weft wires are welded together, and the surfaces are then connected using spring ribs or clips. Larger gabions have additional reinforcement ribs and hooks on opposing surfaces.

Welded Gabion Baskets Delivery
Gabions are delivered in a collapsed and compressed structure. They are strapped together in a folded form on pallets for save spacing and easy transporting. The lacing wire is delivered in coils and spiral wires are bundled.
