Product Description
The field fences are livestock fencing facilities made primarily of galvanized steel wire, mechanically woven using a loop-type loop. They also provide ecological protection and are widely used in pastoral areas of America, Europe, and China. Their structure utilizes warp and weft steel wire to form the mesh, supplemented by compression wave technology to enhance deformation buffering. High-zinc-coated steel wire (e.g., 230 g/m2 zinc coating) is used in humid regions to improve corrosion resistance. In rainy mountainous areas, they are often covered with sun-resistant nylon woven fabric to prevent sediment loss.
Application
Main uses include demarcating pasture boundaries, implementing rotational grazing zones, and preventing landslides. This method saves significant labor and reduces worker intensity. During winding, 2-3 tons of mechanical pressure are applied to ensure a smooth, sturdy, and precise mesh, resulting in uniform mesh and strong integrity. In particular, the advanced compression wave process creates a 12mm deep and 40mm wide bend between each mesh. This bend, commonly known as the "wave," further flattens the mesh surface. This mitigates thermal expansion and contraction in areas with drastic winter and summer climate fluctuations, and prevents the mesh from automatically returning to its original position in the event of a collision with an animal, increasing its cushioning capacity.
