3D fencing, also known as highway isolation netting, features a smooth, pollution-free, non-toxic, and harmless mesh surface. It is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, sun-resistant, and resistant to high and low temperatures. Its outdoor service life can reach approximately 10 years. It offers long-term corrosion and UV resistance. The mesh surface is highly impact-resistant, strong, and rigid. 1. Mesh Size: 1700mm H x 2500mm W, 1800mm H x 2500mm W, 1800mm H x 3000mm, 2000mm H x 2400mm, 1500mm H x 2500mm, etc.
2. Wire Diameter (Welding Wire Diameter) Range: 2.5mm - 6.0mm; Common sizes include 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 4.8mm, and 5.0mm.
3. Mesh Size: 70mm H x 140mm - 80mm H x 160mm; the most common sizes are 50mm H x 100mm, 75mm H x 150mm, 50mm H x 200mm, and 60mm H x 150mm.
4. Posts: 48mm H x 1.0mm, 1.2mm H x 1.5mm, or 2.0mm thick round tube. Ordinary round tubes are usually used, with a plastic cap or rain cap on top.
5. Surface Anti-corrosion Treatment: Highway fence products are manufactured using electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized steel wire welded together and then dipped in plastic; or using low-carbon black steel wire welded together and then directly dipped in plastic (PE); electroplating plus dipping; galvanizing plus spray coating or painting.
6. Installation Accessories: The welded fence panels are connected to the posts using screws, various specialized metal clips, or lashing wire. All screws are automatic anti-theft type. Frame fence accessories can also be customized to meet customer requirements.

Anti-corrosion Treatment: After rust removal, polishing, passivation, and vulcanization, plastic electroplating is applied. The coating is fruit green in color and 0.6-1.6mm thick. Imported weather-resistant resin powder is used for the electroplating, offering enhanced aging resistance. The coating must be uniform in color and smooth, free of dripping, excessive agglomeration, and free of defects such as missing plating and exposed iron.
3D Fence Style: bending, frame, corrugated, double-loop, and double-sided wire.
Surface colors available: white, green, dark green, grass green, black, blue, and yellow.
